LEGAL NOTICE Lake County has received the following floodplain development permit application and is accepting comments on the proposal: KOOTENAI LODGE ESTATES FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATION Kootenai Lodge Estates has applied for a floodplain development permit for construction within the 100-year floodplain of Swan Lake. Property Taxes Due One-half of all real estate property taxes levied and assessed will be due and payable to the Lake County Treasurer before 5:00 p.m. on November 30th, 2018 and unless paid prior to that time the amount due will then be delinquent and accrue interest at the rate of 10% per year or 5/6 of 1% per month from the time of delinquency until paid plus a 2% penalty will be added to the delinquent tax.
