Junior center Josh Sharbono's rebound and layup with three seconds remaining sent the home crowd into a frenzy and the Charlo Vikings to victory in their final District 14-C home game Saturday night. The Vikings (2-4, 2-9) topped first-place Noxon (5-2, 8-3) for their second win in a row after starting the season on a nine-game skid.
Ronan wrestling drops first dual, nabs third in Belgrade
The Ronan Chiefs won five of six duals and finished third at the A Duals in Belgrade on Saturday. Ronan's lone defeat of the season came at the hands of eventual champion Corvallis. Ronan later defeated Libby by forfeit in the 3rd-4th matchup.

Vikings get first win
The Charlo boys basketball team (1-4, 1-9) broke into the win column in a huge way Saturday night, topping District 14-C rival St. Regis at home by 50 points. The win helped the Vikings break even for the weekend after losing an early lead and the game to District 13-C Philipsburg on Friday night.
