OK, Congressional representatives and senators, listen up:
When the outgo exceeds the income, the upkeep will be your downfall.
Now I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I’m not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant!
In other words, balance the budget and then budget the balance.
