WILLIAMS CONDITIONAL USE REQUESTS Denman Construction, on behalf of James G. Williams, is requesting conditional use approvals to allow for disturbance of more than 500 square feet of slopes greater than 25% within 300 feet of the high water mark on a lakefront lot and impervious surface area covering between 30 and 49 percent of the buildable area of the lot in the East Shore Zoning District.
