LEGAL NOTICE FOUST FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATION Confluence Consulting, on behalf of Foust Land Limited Partnership, has applied for a floodplain development permit to create shallow ponds and wetland areas for the purpose of increasing shore bird and waterfowl habitat within the 100-year floodplain of Flathead River.
