RESOLUTION NO 20-05 RESOLUTION TO RESCIND LOAD LIMITS ON COUNTY ROADS WHEREAS, load limits for certain County roads were fixed and posted pursuant to Resolution 20-03 passed and adopted on February 19, 2020; and WHEREAS, it appears the spring break up conditions have subsided to the degree load limits are no longer needed to protect paved road surfaces; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the load limits established by Resolution No 20-03, be lifted on all County roads, effective April 6, 2020 at 12:00 am, with the exception of Sunburst Drive at Ferndale, which shall remain in full force and effect.
