PUBLIC NOTICE The Lake County Commission is applying for grant funding from the Federal Economic Development Agency to rebuild and pave sections of three roads that are prone to flooding and other heaving and water-related damage. Proposed roads are major transportation corridors that, when out-of-service, limit the transport of goods and services, as well as resident access to jobs and services. Notice of June 2, 2020 Primary Mail Ballot Election; Notice of Close of Regular Voter Registration and Option for Late Registration Notice is hereby given that in Lake County on June 2, 2020, a Primary nominating election will be held for the purpose of nominating federal, state, and county candidates for the November 3, 2020 general election ballot, and for the purpose of electing precinct committee people. The election will be conducted by mail ballot. Postage is pre-paid on mail ballot return envelopes. All active and inactive electors of Lake County are entitled to vote in the election.
