LEGAL NOTICE The Lake County Board of Commissioners held a public hearing regarding an amendment to the zoning map for the Lake County portion of the Polson City-County Planning Area and on May 14, 2020 passed a resolution of intention to adopt said amendment. The amendment is as follows: POLSON DEVELOPMENT CODE MAP AMENDMENT REQUEST Robin Vert-Rubel, on behalf of RJR, LLC, is requesting a zoning map amendment within the Lake County portion of the Polson City-County Planning Area. The zoning map amendment would change the subject property from the Productive Land Zoning District, PLZD, to the Highway Commercial Zoning District, HCZD. The subject parcel is legally described as a portion of the SE4SE4, as shown on COS 2624 located within section 14, T22N, and R20W and can be found at the intersection of Caffery Road and US Highway 93.
