LEGAL NOTICE The Lake County Planning Board will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 7:00 pm. Public attendance will be through a virtual format via ZOOM. Agenda items include: WILD HORSE RV RESORT SUBDIVISION AMENDMENT Rob Smith of A2Z Engineering, on behalf of Lori Lundeen, is proposing an amendment to the location of the primary and secondary access roads for the Wild Horse RV Resort. If the amendment is approved it will allow access from US Highway 93 to the subdivision via Walking Horse Lane and traversing properties to the west of the subdivision. The Wild Horse RV Resort Subdivision obtained conditional subdivision approval from Lake County on May 16, 2018 and is located on property legally described as the N 1/2 SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of section 33 of T24N, R21W.
