Warrant requested for Alexia Rose Pierre, 22, Charlo, for failure to appear at sentencing for two counts of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

Jeremiah F. Paul, 23, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault; sentenced to six months, all suspended, except 95 days already served.

Arraignment for Dustin James Guardipee for felony aggravated assault continued to April 21.

Peter L. Dumont pleaded not guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; jury trial set for Oct. 25.

Samuel Lee Gardner pleaded guilty to felony DUI-fourth or subsequent offense; sentencing set for May 27.

Warrant requested for Destinee Verwold for failure to appear at hearing on answer to petition to revoke.

Warrant requested for Tracey Lee Carpentier for failure to appear at sentencing for felony criminal endangerment.

Bambi Ann Waugh sentenced on revocation to 18 months DOC, all suspended, for probation violation; charge of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs dismissed without prejudice as part of a deferred prosecution agreement.

Arraignment for Tamiera Reganna Antone for felony theft continued to April 22.

Donilyn Rossbach pleaded not guilty to felony criminal child endangerment; jury trial set for Nov. 8.

Warrant requested for Shanice Annalyn Miles for failure to appear at arraignment for criminal endangerment, burglary, theft and criminal possession of dangerous drugs, all felonies.

Arraignment for William Joseph Weatherwax for felony theft continued to April 22.

Jami Frances Lozeau pleaded not guilty to DUI-fourth or subsequent offense; jury trial set for Nov. 8.

Warrant requested for Hunter Creed Muth, 18, Ronan, for failure to appear at omnibus hearing for felony tampering with witnesses and informants.

Arraignment for Jakob Birdsley, 36, for felony criminal child endangerment continued to April 15.

Stoney Randal Corcoran, 50, pleaded not guilty to two counts of assault with a weapon, criminal endangerment, intimidation and assault on a peace or judicial officer, all felonies; jury trial set for Nov. 8.

Charge of felony theft against Ryan Scott Broadbrooks dismissed without prejudice.
