M-A-C maintains momentum

Liev Smith struck out eight over three innings for Mission-Arlee-Charlo and allowed no hits in a 29-3 victory at Deer Lodge on Saturday.

Brennan Anderson went 2 for 3 at the plate with a double and four RBIs to lead the Lady Bulldogs (7-1).

M-A-C stole eight bases, including two from Jerny Crawford, who also scored four runs.

The Lady Bulldogs scored 10 runs in the second inning and 12 in the third. Maysa Couture hit a three-run double. M-A-C will face Polson on Saturday at the Frenchtown Invitational.

Kooper Page got the start April 21 at Thompson Falls and struck out seven and walked none over four runs as the Lady Bulldogs pounced early and cruised past the Bluehawks.

Jerny Crawford went 2 for 2 with a double and an RBI. Rheid Crawford went 3 for 4 with two doubles, a home run and four RBIs.

Hayleigh Smith drove in two runs as well.
