Tashina Carpentier, 32, admitted to violations of probation terms; sentenced on revocation to five years DOC; credit for 450 days street time and 27 days jail time.

Hearing on answer to petition to revoke for Luke Michael Runningcrane, 20, continued to July 28.

Sentencing on revocation for Billie Louise Boushie, 36, continued to July 28.

Warrant requested for Marianne Christine Addison for failure to appear at arraignment for criminal possession of dangerous drugs and criminal distribution of dangerous drugs, both felonies.

Sentencing for Robert Benjamin Walker for felony partner or family member assault continued to July 29.

Michael Lewis Koso pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault as part of a plea agreement; sentenced to six months in Lake County Jail, with all but six days suspended; credit for six days jail time.

Kenneth Charles Gieber, 23, sentenced to eight years DOC for criminal mischief and theft, both felonies; ordered to pay $1,805 in restitution; credit for 215 days jail time.

Arraignment for James Loye Parker, 53, for felony criminal mischief continued to July 28.

Daniel Chance Blixt, 32, Charlo, pleaded not guilty to felony strangulation of a partner or family member; jury trial set for Jan. 2, 2022.

Larrs Jalen Omingo, 20, pleaded no contest to felony strangulation of a partner or family member as part of a plea agreement; state dismissed a count of felony theft; charge of felony aggravated assault reduced to felony criminal endangerment; admitted to violation of probation terms; sentencing on all set for Sept. 1.

Tobias Keith Mitchell reached a one-year deferred prosecution agreement for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

Beverly Yvonne Miller pleaded not guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; jury trial set for Nov. 22.

Darlene Lesage pleaded guilty to felony vehicular homicide while under the influence as part of a plea agreement; sentencing set for Sept. 16.

Elaina Lee Vallee-Scarborough entered general denials to allegations in a petition to revoke; adjudicatory hearing set for Sept. 2.

Sunny Rose Leigh Ellenwood, 20, received a three-year deferred sentence for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; credit for 147 days jail time.

Bonnie Alabama Saluskin, 27, admitted to a violation of probation; sentenced on revocation to five years DOC with two years suspended; credit for 71 days jail time.

Brian Andrew Fernquist, 49, entered general denials to allegations in a petition to revoke; adjudicatory hearing set for Aug. 12.

Warrant requested for Frederick Edward Haukaas for failure to appear at arraignment for use or possession of property subject to forfeiture and criminal possession with intent to distribute, both felonies.

Warrant requested for Shaun David Robertson for failure to appear at arraignment for DUI-fourth or subsequent offense.

Arraignment for Sawyer Rose Runkel for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs continued to July 29.

Michael G. Weetman pleaded not guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; jury trial set for Nov. 22.

Arsenio Savionlouis Zanca pleaded not guilty to two counts of felony assault on a peace or judicial officer; jury trial set for Nov. 22.
