Public Notice Environmental Assessment and Bureau of Indian Affairs Finding of No Significant Impact for the Flathead Lake Flowering Rush Controls Project. Interested parties are hereby notified that Salish Kootenai College in cooperation with the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes and the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) has prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the Flathead Lake Flowering Rush Controls Project.
