Edwin Wyatt Kendall, 20, fined $510 with $400 suspended for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant; fined $100 with $50 suspended for disorderly conduct-first offense.

Russell James Kubisiak, 64, fined $50 for failure to stop at an invasive species management area check station.

Matthew James Larkin, 28, fined $100 for violation of Commission or Department orders or rules.
