NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE TO BE SOLD FOR CASH AT TRUSTEE'S SALE on October 19, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at the main entrance to the Lake County Courthouse, 106 4th Ave. East, Polson, MT 59860, the following described real property situated in Lake County, Montana: A tract of land located in and being a portion of the W1/2 NW1/4 of Section 4, Township 20 North, Range 19 West, P.M.M., Lake County, Montana, further shown and described on Deed Exhibit No. H-1961, on file in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Lake County, Montana.
