Luke Michael Runningcrane, 20, was sentenced on revocation to two terms of three years DOC, to be served consecutively, with all time suspended; credit for 88 days jail time.

Hearing on answer to petition to revoke for Scott Julian Gardipe, 32, continued to Sept. 29.

Dominic Antonio Martinez, 29, sentenced to five years DOC for failure to register as a violent offender, a felony; credit for 224 jail time; state dismissed charges of felony theft and felony burglary.

Matthew G. Manyhides, 33, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault as part of a plea agreement; pleaded guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs as part of a plea agreement; state dismissed three counts of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs and two misdemeanor charges; sentencing set for Nov. 10.

Joseph Allen Cahoon sentenced on revocation to five years DOC with two years suspended; credit for three years street time.

Arraignment for Alicia Johna Andrews for felony criminal child endangerment continued to Oct. 6.

Brandon Lee Stanley pleaded not to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; jury trial set for Feb. 28, 2022.

Josiah Ray Senecal pleaded not guilty to felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs; jury trial set for Feb. 28, 2022.

Evie Melisa Rae Moran pleaded guilty to felony criminal endangerment as part of a plea agreement; sentencing set for Nov. 10.

Joseph Patrick Thomas Brown,36, pleaded guilty to criminal possession with intent to distribute and criminal endangerment, both felonies, as part of a plea agreement; sentenced to six years DOC on each count, to run consecutively, with all time suspended; ordered to pay $700 restitution; credit for 186 days time served.

Arsenio Savionlouis Zanca pleaded guilty to felony criminal endangerment as part of a plea agreement; state dismissed count of felony assault on a peace or judicial officer; sentencing set for Nov. 18.

Heather Michelle Mcleod pleaded guilty to criminal felony endangerment as part of a plea agreement; sentencing set for Nov. 18.

Warrant requested for Chase Michael Myers for failure to appear at a hearing on answer to a petition to revoke.

Jami Frances Lozeau pleaded guilty to felony DUI-fourth of subsequent offense; sentencing set for Nov. 18.

Sierra Kay Fischer sentenced to six months jail, all suspended, for each of two counts of misdemeanor theft; sentenced to one year jail, all suspended, for third charge of misdemeanor theft; sentenced to six years DOC, all suspended, for each of two charges of felony theft; all sentences to run concurrently; ordered to pay $78,824.21 in restitution along with two co-defendants.

Arraignment for Jerilyn Clairmont for felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs continued to Sept. 30.

James Edward Bigbeaver pleaded not guilty to felony DUI-fourth or subsequent offense; jury trial set for Jan. 24, 2022.

Warrant requested for Donovan Chase McDonald for failure to appear at omnibus hearing regarding a charge of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

Warrant requested for Zachary Dakota Mathias for failure to appear at omnibus hearing regarding a charge of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

Warrant requested for Patrick Lee Hammer for failure to appear at omnibus hearing regarding charges of felony criminal possession of dangerous drugs and felony strangulation of a partner or family member.

Warrant requested for Evelyn Josephine Franks for failure to appear at arraignment for felony criminal child endangerment.
