Images from the Bison Range on Sunday. The Range covers 18,766 acres on the Flathead Indian Reservation. Several hundred bison live there, along with elk, whitetail and mule deer, pronghorn antelope, bighorn sheep, black bears, coyote, ground squirrels, dozens of species of birds and more.

The Range is open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily, and the Visitor Center opens at 7 a.m. Visit bisonrange.org to learn more.
