Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Polson City Commission will on Monday, the 16th day of May, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. in the Polson City Hall, 106 1st Street East, Polson, Montana, hold a public hearing for the purpose of a requested zoning variance. Specifically, the request will be for a reduction of the front yard setback for construction of a new home on this property. The request is made by Mike and Christine Cladwell. AUDIT PUBLICATION STATEMENT An audit of Lake County has been conducted by Denning, Downey & Associates, CPA's, P.C. The audit covered the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2021. Section 2-7-521, MCA, requires the publication of the following summary of significant findings. Summary of Significant Findings The audit report for Lake County for the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2021 is unmodified. The audit report also contained several other auditors' reports.
