Corley makes All-State; others earn postseason accolades

Polson’s McKenna Corley made the Class A All-State volleyball team, while 12 other players earned post-season honors in 2024.

A sophomore, Corley posted 329 kills, 48 assists, 46 blocks and 59 blocks. Teammate Samantha Rensvold made the NWA first-team after notching 239 kills, 348 digs, and 49 aces as a senior. Embree Bird was named to the second team as a freshman with 137 kills, 303 digs, and 52 aces.

Earning an honorable mention was Rylee Taylor-Jefferson, who had 706 assists as the primary setter for the Lady Pirates as a sophomore.

For Ronan, Kaydance Santos was named to the NWA second team after collecting 178 digs and finishing her career with more than 600 digs. Fellow senior Seattle Adams had 302 assists on the season, along with 105 digs, to earn honorable mention honors. Sierra Blood also earned an honorable mention spot after a triple-digit kill season.

In Class B, Alecia Steele was named to the Western 7B All-League first-team, while her teammate Cora Matt earned a spot on the second team.

In the Western 14C League, Charlo had four players named to the all-league squad. Junior Leah Cahoon and senior Seeley McDonald were selected to the first team, while junior Bryanne Zempel and sophomore GG Hawk earned second-team honors.

Steele had earned all-league honors in 2023, while Cahoon also had post-season league honors in 2023.
