Mission-Charlo placed six wrestlers at last weekend’s 30-team Choteau Tournament and placed fifth as a team with 108 points.

Arlee had one place winner and was 20th in the team standings with 34 points.

“The Choteau tournament is always great competition and a good measuring stick for our team,” Mission head coach Lyle Cronk said. “We often come back a bit humbled and this year’s tournament is no exception. It is great to come home with six placers, who are a bit hungrier after this weekend.

We have a list of things to improve on before postseason, and the names of some of our competition to go along with it.”

Mission had had two wrestlers place third — Darwin Adams at 145 pounds and Isaiah Allik at 170.

Walker Murphy (120) and Isaac DuMontier (152) each placed fourth. Cole Gilleard was fifth at 132 pounds and Miles Anderson was sixth at 205. For Murphy (23-12), he had two pins among his three wins.
