Their ranch was visited by many people throughout the Northwest who would come to see the buffalo, horses and enjoy Ada and Bill's warmth and hospitality.

Ada's husband Bill died in 1962.

Also preceding her in death were her parents, Paul V. and Rose Speck, sister Pauline Speck, brother Vernon Speck and brother-in-law Donald W. Young.

She leaves behind her brother, CMS Paul W. Speck, Ret. (Gladys Malstrom) of Polson; sisters Bernice Freschet (Dr. Ferucio Freschet) of Polson and N.Y., Kathleen Young of Polson, and several nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place under the direction of Grogan Funeral Home & Crematory, Polson. Ada requested that her ashes be placed next to her husband Bill at the Ronan Cemetery.
