Editor,
I am a student from Ronan High School who has written some poems about the deaths taking place here in our home. I have several poems, but this is the one I wish the public to see and (hope that it would) touch them deeply:
Wasted Away
A day too late,
Seconds lived too soon,
Our dying days to gloom.
To gloom to be lived by our future.
Our tomorrow wastes away
To soon live in gloom with no tomorrow
If our future is wasted away.
