Leon E. Skjoldager

POLSON - Leon E. Skjoldager, 69, of Polson, died peacefully at his home on Saturday July 24, 2004. Lee was born in Chicago on Nov. 11, 1934. He spent his childhood and adult years in Minnesota and upon retirement relocated to Polson in 1999.

Lee volunteered at Polson Senior Citizens delivering meals on wheels until the progression of his cancer made it impossible to continue. He sadly gave it up as well as his daily walk to the bakery for coffee with friends.

To respect Lee's wishes, no services will be held. Cremation has taken place, and a private family memorial will be held at a later time. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Grogan Funeral Home and crematory, Polson.
