Golfing trip was great experience

I thank everyone for their support for my trip to San Diego. Whether you bought raffle tickets, cookies, donated money, or offered words of encouragement, it was all greatly appreciated!

I didn't golf as well as I would have liked, but I learned a lot while I was there. I also met a lot of neat kids from other countries, and enjoyed visiting with them. Most of them spoke English very well.

It was a great experience to be able to play the Torrey Pines Golf Course, where the 2008 U.S. Open will be played, and I'm sure I'll be watching the competition on TV, remembering the course as I watch. We packed in a lot of golf while we were there, and I had lots of fun.
