Joseph Sebestin, Jr.

POLSON — Joseph Sebestin, Jr., 90, of Polson died March 21, 2005, at the Evergreen Health & Rehab Center, Polson.

Joseph was born on July 2, 1914, in New Jersey to Joseph and Julia Sebestin, Sr.

He married Elizabeth Marie Luksa in West Virginia in 1936.

Joseph worked in the West Virginia coal mines until 1943 when he moved to Chicago. He and his family worked for the Flex-O-Glass Co. until his retirement. They moved to Polson in 1986 to be near their son.

Preceding Joseph in death were his parents, his wife Elizabeth in 2001, and a son, Charles Edward Sebestin.

Joseph is survived by his son Joseph F. Sebestin and his wife Lori of Dayton; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sisters Julie of Lincoln Park, Mich., Helen and Mary in Florida, Margaret in Alabama, and brother George of Lincoln Park.

A rosary will be held on March 29 at the Grogan Funeral Home, Polson, with Father Gary Reller officiating.

Cremation has taken place and burial of cremains was at Lakeview Cemetery.
