CHARLO — Beverly Jeane Ipsen Dalton, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend and adopted mother, passed on to join her lifelong love, friend and husband, Jack Dalton, on Monday. Aug. 22, 2005.

She will also be joining her two babies who died at birth and her parents, Rudgar and Margaret Ipsen.

Bev had long been battling diabetes and other health issues, but now the battle is over and there is peace.

She will be remembered in the hearts of her family and friends as the bravest, most wonderfully kind and giving woman ever. To know Bev was to love her.

She was preceded in death by Jack on Dec. 22, 2004.

Bev is survived by her son, Ken Dalton; daughters, Chris Dalton and husband Mike Keeler, and Mary Danford; grandchildren, Melissa Hansen and husband Kel, Emerys Wiese and husband Brandon, Danielle Keeler and Ricky Montana Danford-Komenda; and great-grandchildren, Alexis and Skylar Hansen and Gwen Wiese.

Also surviving are her brother and sisters-in-law who were her best friends, Newell and Marlene Dalton, Tim and Lola Dalton, Sharon and Scott Mitton and Lee and Nellie Dalton; numerous nieces and nephews, and her special friends, Steve and Karen Stolp.

The family thanks Dr. Eddy and Dr. Lakatua for giving us the years we had; also, the staff at the dialysis center for giving her the special care, especially Cindi and Mark, and the staff on the fifth floor of St. Patrick Hospital.

Your kindness throughout the years and her final days were so very much appreciated.

Cremation arrangements are with the Cremation and Burial Society of the Rockies.

Memorial services for both Bev and Jack were held Aug. 26 at the Little Brown Church in Bigfork.

A reception followed at the church and then family and friends gathered at the Sitting Duck to honor Jack and Bev with a toast around the fireplace that Jack and Kenny Dalton built in 1986.
