Neither board no judge had final say

After reading the Missoulian 9/9 I am appalled at the injustice that is being served Rick Jore for being a concerned citizen of this state.

This travesty of justice makes one wonder if it is even worthwhile to vote, let alone run for public office.

Evidently neither the election board nor the District Judge had the final say when they delivered a unanimous decision for Jore.
