Quilt project was successful

Editor,

We thank all of the communities from Polson to Arlee, Charlo and Moiese and surrounding areas for all the help they gave in making quilts to send to the Hurricane Katrina Victims. Many people from all over the valley helped in many ways from donating boxes of fabric and batting (included was Ribbon Star and Wings and All in Stitches), to sewing for hours.

A special thank you to the Mission Mountain Quilt Guild members for their participation, Ayleen's Thursday Quilters from St. Ignatius for theirs, the Monday Charlo Quilters for their help, the St. Ignatius Senior Center for letting us use their facility to sew, and the St. Ignatius Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for letting us use their building to sew Friday and Saturday.

We wish we could mention all of those who helped with a great big individual thank you but am sure we would miss someone so please know that this is a great big thank you to everyone for all their prayers and support. What a great community to live in.

Kay Krantz
