Bonnie Lorraine Foley

POLSON — Bonnie Lorraine Foley, 95, of Polson died of natural causes on Thursday, April 20, 2006, at Evergreen Health & Rehab. Center, Polson. She was born April 5, 1911, in Mound City, Mo. to C. Edgar and Luella Belle Proud King, the 11th child in a family of 12 children.

In March 1914 she moved with her family to Buffalo, where she attended grade and high school, with the exception of two years spent at Caldwell, Idaho.

She married Patrick Foley Sept. 4, 1933, in Butte. They lived in Helena where their two sons were born.

In 1939 they moved to the Valley View area near Polson where they farmed until 1955 when they moved into Polson and have resided in the area since that time.

She was a member of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, the Good Shepherd Church Women, Polson Senior Citizens and the American Association of Retired Persons.

She was preceded in death by her husband Patrick; son Dale Foley; five brothers and six sisters.

Her son James Foley of Salida, Colo., eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and several great- great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins survive her.
