Horse shot near St. Ignatius

This is about a shooting Thanksgiving on Hillside Rd., St. Ignatius. My granddaughter took her mare up to a neighbor's place.

Someone shot the mare in the head, so close there were powder burns. The mare was in a corral close to the road.

I can't believe someone could be that mean, to shoot an innocent animal. I was hoping someone had heard something or seen anything. We would like to get this person. Who knows if he or she will go and shoot another animal?
