DOVES appreciates area support

DOVES (Domestic Violence Education & Services) would like to take this opportunity to thank all our generous donors. Although thank you notes are always sent to each contributor, we wanted to publicly comment on the generosity of the good folks in and around the Polson area.

Donations to DOVES are used to provide personal and legal advocacy, crisis counseling, assistance with orders of protection, information/referral and emergency financial assistance to Lake County and Flathead Reservation residents who have been affected by the devastating impacts of domestic violence.

Those who support DOVES understand that domestic violence, besides being a family issue, is a community issue because its impact radiates out into the community. These benefactors are choosing to be a part of the solution as we work together to provide a community-wide response to domestic violence.
