Fixed income dollars go farther
Editor,
Now it's my turn:
I'm all for Wal-Mart stores. Living on a fixed income, you have to watch your dollars and cents.
I compare prices. Now look at this comparison: In Ronan stores, one item I checked retailed for $9.09; I drove to Wal-Mart Polson, same item $6.45. Now which would you rather pay for?
I also noticed other prices in stores not only in Ronan but in Polson, too.
By going to Wal-Mart, I can save money, and beside why would Wal-Mart block the view of the lake? When you come down the hill into Polson, get to the bottom of the hill what do you see? When you go down the hill to the stoplight, then you get a view of where the new Wal-Mart will be built. It will give you a better view of the lake.
Besides, coming out of Wal-Mart now, you can't see the lake, only billboards. What a beautiful view of the lake. Makes a good picture, huh?
