Marlys Adele Morin Finley

POLSON — Marlys Adele Morin Finley, 97, of Polson died on July 14, 2006, in Polson after a brief illness.

Marlys was born on Oct. 14, 1908, in Neche, N.D., to Maurice and Ella Ethier Morin.

Maryls spent most of her adult life in San Jose, Calif., where she was a successful real estate broker until she retired in 1970. She loved to travel, knit and do needlework.

Marlys came to Polson to be with her nephew, Mauri Morin, and happily resided at St. Joseph Assisted Living for five years. Thanks to all of the staff at SJAL for their kindness and the wonderful care they gave Marlys.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband George Finley, brothers Chadwick and Raymond and sisters Dorothea and Delores.

Maryls is survived by nephews Maurice Morin and his wife Barbara of Polson, Cliffe Morin and wife Holly of South Lake Tahoe, Nevada, and niece Kaye Anne Graham and husband John of Scotts Valley, Calif., and many great- and great-great nieces and nephews.

A rosary was held on July 18 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Polson with Father Marc Lenneman officiating.

Arrangements were by Grogan Funeral Home & Crematory of Polson.
