Is he a 'Valued Customer?'
Editor,
What a rip off! CenturyTel is partnering with other local service providers in dictating Extended Area Service on the Flathead Indian Reservation. At a cost of $57.48 annually, how is this good for their "Valued Customer?"
When a company enacts changes that the customer doesn't want, the Public Service Commission should respond or investigate such practices.
When I asked CenturyTel (after being placed on hold for 15 minutes) I was told there was nothing I could do about this. I then asked for the number of their corporate office. I was told that they are not allowed to give that out to their (valued) customers.
How valued can we be? They did say that CenturyTel did receive the money.
We should have a choice of providers, but as we don't, I would like to suggest that someone is profiting from this travesty, and it is not their "Valued Customer."
