Would like to visit Montana
Editor:
Montana is a state I have always wanted to visit. I was told to stay away because I am an American with African ancestry. I love people and I do not believe everyone in Montana is racist. I plan to purchase a Greyhound bus pass at the end of June and explore Montana.
I have money for food, but hotels will break my budget, so I would like to have some wonderful Montana folks to pick me up from the Greyhound station and allow me to rest, shower and visit a day or two before I move on to another Montana city.
I offer the same to those who want to visit Chicago. I live near Six Flags in Gurnee and the Great Lakes Naval Base. I was born in Chicago, so I can be your host there.
I am a 63-year-young widow who retired in 2001, but in 2004 I started working part-time teaching English to Spanish speakers and last month, I finished my BS in Education.
I love people and I consider the world my home. I am on a limited income now, so if I can get a bed and shower, then I can buy food and pay for gas for little tours in exchange.

People ask if I have relatives in Montana, but I consider all Montanans my relatives. I have read extensively about the state, and would love to stay with any family that will adopt me for a day or two and get me back to Greyhound and my next "family."
My apartment is also available to any family that hosts me, if they want to visit Chicago. Waukegan is about two hours from Chicago and we have an excellent train service for only $5 for the entire weekend.
