Shoppers would benefit from center

This is to advise you that I am in favor of the Wal-Mart supercenter. It would be a great advantage to our community to have more choices in Polson. As it is now, I feel that we, the resdients, are taken advantage of on pricing with the current grocery stores and other merchants. Whenever we are in Missoula or in Kalispell, we do as much shopping as possible at the Wal-Mart stores there. The prices and products are far better, especially being retired and on a fixed income.

Wouldn't it be better to keep that income in our own city of Polson? I believe that the majority of the residents of Polson and surrounding cities within Lake County are in favor of the supercenter.

Why then should a small minority be allowed to dominate such a vital decision to our community's economic future, as to block the supercenter in Polson. Please let it be known that the majority of residents are indeed in favor of more choices, better prices, better products and more employment.
