Annie Rita O'Neill

ARLEE — Annie Rita O'Neill, 68, died at St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula on Oct. 30, 2006.

Born to Joe and Mary Ployhar at Coffee Creek on April 25, 1938, she was raised in the Potomac Valley and graduated from Loyola Sacred Heart and Business School. A dedicated mother, Annie raised her family in Arlee.

She loved to play music especially, the accordion and piano. She loved to sew and garden.

She enjoyed being around the children, family and friends, and nobody ever left hungry or without coffee.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, a sister, son Simon and grandson Zack.

Survivors include children Matt (Nancy) O'Neill, Patsy (Ron) Corcoran, Tim (Lorri) O'Neill, Luke (Roberta) O'Neill, Quinton (Shawna) O'Neill, John (Debbie) O'Neill, Bridget O'Neill (her special friend Ernie) and Penny her favorite dog; brothers Albert, Steven and Paul; sisters Mary Ann and Josephine; 27 grandchildren; one great-grandson and a huge number of relatives and friends.

Mass was celebrated Nov. 3 in the St. Ignatius Catholic Mission with Fr. Andrew Maddock, S.J. as celebrant. Interment was in the Jocko Cemetery.
