Outgoing Polson mayor was the finest

Editor,
We have lost a fine mayor. He went out with class. No surprise. He was progressive, farsighted and wanted to assist with preparing Polson for the future growth that is inevitable. If we are not prepared, we will pay the price in so many ways.
I've worked for a minimum of 100 supervisors in my 40 years of public service. Be they senior officers, sergeants, lieutenants, captains, assistant chiefs, chiefs, mayors, city council people, county commissioners and sheriffs, but none were finer than our former mayor.
I know city hall employees and department heads feel the same as I do.
Best wishes to Brooke, Randy and Evan Anthony.
