Proctor comments are appreciated

An invitational meeting with members of the Proctor Valley who have not had a voice regarding community concerns was well attended last Thursday evening and the input from that meeting will be documented for the review of the commissioners.

Residents of Dayton who have had a very ample voice were encouraged to allow others to express their concerns so all — not only a select vocal few — could be heard. The effort of the Proctor community was much appreciated.

To those who generously gave intelligent, caring and concerned input on community concerns, my deep appreciation on such a fine valley community.
