Mary 'Neta' Young

POLSON — Mary "Neta" Young, 76, of Polson died on Sept. 27, 2006, at her home at St. Joseph Retirement Community in Polson.

Neta was born on March 3, 1930, in Sheridan to Paul and Marie Cooke.

Neta was the third generation in her family to be born in Sheridan.

Neta had lived in Polson for several years. She worked as a bookkeeper at Valley Pumps in Polson before her retirement.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Kathleen Elizabeth and son Randall.

She is survived by granddaughter Mariah Gragert of Durango, Colo.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, Oct. 12, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Assisted Living Center with the Rev. Rudy Ringhoff officiating.
