Can't believe deregulation vote

I can't believe Mike Taylor now says he opposed deregulation. The record is that he was a sponsor of the bill and he voted for it after the second reading. The next day he switched his vote. But what really leaves me scratching my head is why he signed on as a sponsor of the bill in the first place. Most legislators support bills they sponsor. It makes me wonder how he'll be on the PSC.
