Editor,
Being on the Public Service Commission requires experience and knowledge of energy issues. Ken Toole has a long history of working on energy issues both as an individual and as a state Senator.
He has served on the board of directors of regional organizations which work on energy issues. He has received awards for his work promoting energy conservation.
He has written numerous articles on energy topics and been quoted extensively by energy industry publications. In the last session of the Legislature he was the Chairman of the Senate Energy committee and for the first time the legislature passed a bill to promote wind power.
He is the most qualified candidate in the race for PSC.
