Finches had a great anniversary

We want to thank our family for the wonderful party for our 50th anniversary. And thanks so very, very much to all of our relatives and friends who came to share in our special day, for the many, many cards and monetary gifts, and lovely flowers.

Our son Wayne (Punk), daughter Cathy, daughter-in-law Brenda, granddaughters Tami (who made the beautiful cake), Erica and Melanie; great-grandchildren Jacob, Paiton, Dylan and Hailey were all there with us.

Granddaughters Angela in Rochester, N.Y., and Stephanie at Gonzaga University in Spokane were unable to attend.

Bill Christensen, Bert's best man, was also with us. Lee Nora Bellon, Jo's maid of honor, was unable to attended due to the serious illness of her husband — we received word from her that day that he had just passed away.

We are so richly blessed to have such a wonderful family and so many great friends. Our thanks and love go out to each and every one of you.

We would really like to know who gave us the John Wayne DVD, three Godfathers!
