Mary Fryrear Jobe Enlow - 1915 - 2008

Mary Enlow, 92, formerly of Polson and Missoula, died on Saturday, May 24, 2008 in Colorado Springs, Colo.

Mary was born on November 21, 1915 near Oquawka, Illinois to Charles Ray and Hazel Thomas Fryrear. She graduated from Monmouth College in 1937 and received her Masters degree from the University of Illinois in 1952. Mary was a teacher in Illinois for thirty years and a member and past president of Alpha Delta Kappa educational sorority in Galesburg, Illinois.

Mary married William Meredith Jobe in 1942. He preceded her in death in 1951. In 1955, Mary and Andrew Ray Enlow were married in Galesburg, Illinois.

Ray preceded her in death in 1995.

Mary is survived by three daughters, Marcy (Donn) Fairbank of Lyons, CO, Sharon (Don) Blackman of Salem, WI, and Meredith Jobe of Colorado Springs, CO; four grandchildren, Julie (Bill) Schwind of Tucson, AZ, Dawn (Tom) Lundvall of Vinton, IA, Steve (Amy) Fairbank of Easley, SC, and Jenny (Chris) Ross of Fond du Lac, WI; eleven great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Fran Jobe of Carthage, IL; and niece Pam Ferguson, Chandler, AZ.

Mary chose to be cremated and services will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Warren County Memorial Park, Monmouth, Illinois.
