Winning Really Isn't Everything
Carol Cummings, Polson
There is one thing that the biggest Obama detractor cannot take away from him: he absolutely excels at winning elections. Unfortunately, once he’s won the election, he doesn’t seem too interested in the job that he was elected to do.
For instance, in 2005 Obama became one of 100 Americans serving in the U.S. Senate. Did he jump in with both feet to see what he could accomplish in that position? No. He began almost immediately to run for president instead. I’m wondering, what happens if he should win the U.S. presidency?
With all my heart, I hope my question goes unanswered.

What about the 2008 Election Cycle in general, Will?
