*The following district court proceedings took place April 14.
-State of Montana vs. Joshua Fisher; 22. The matter before the Court is sentencing. The Court defers imposition of sentence for five years. As conditions Defendant is ordered to serve 30 days in the LCJ to be served within six months. Defendant is to receive credit for time served. Defendant is fined $1,000.
-State of Montana vs. Jesse James Finley; 20. The matter before the Court is arraignment. Ready to enter plea, Defendant pleads not guilty to the charges of aggravated assault, a felony, Count I; criminal endangerment, a felony, Count II; assault on a minor, a felony, Count III; and partner or family member assault, a felony, Count IV. The plea is entered and the case will be set for trial. Defendant remains in custody. Omnibus hearing is set for May 5 at 9 a.m.
-State of Montana vs. Larry Cowgill; 38. The matter before the Court is hearing on merits. The Court finds the admissions are sufficient and the Defendant's suspended sentence is revoked. The parties are prepared for sentencing. Recommendations by counsel. The Court commits the Defendant to the DOC for 15 years with 10 years suspended. The Court recommends the Defendant be considered for placement at Connections Corrections and pre-release provided it meets with the approval of DOC. Defendant is to receive credit for time served while in custody. All conditions originally imposed are again re-imposed.

*The following district court proceeding took place April 15.
-State of Montana vs. Daniel O'Roake; 21. The matter before the Court is arraignment. Ready to enter plea, Defendant pleads not guilty to the charges of aggravated assault, Count I, and assault with a weapon, Count II, felonies. The plea is entered and the case will be set for trial. At this time Attorney Robert Long is requesting the Defendant be released from the SCRAM bracelet. State objects. At this time the Court will give the Defendant the option of bond in the amount of $10,000 without SCRAM or remain at $1,000 with SCRAM. The Court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on May 20 at 9 a.m.
-State of Montana vs. Debbie Marry-Hawkins; 22. The matter before the Court is change of plea. Defendant admits committing the amended offense of false reports to law enforcement authorities, a misdemeanor. The Court makes its findings, accepts the plea and finds the Defendant guilty of the charge. Ready for sentencing. For the offense of false reports to law enforcement authorities, a misdemeanor, the Court sentences the Defendant to the LCJ for six months all suspended except 14 days. The Defendant shall receive credit of three days for time served. At this time the Court is setting this matter for a status conference in three months to allow the Defendant to follow through with her counseling and reappear before the Court to report where she is regarding the counseling, and at that time the Court will determine how the Defendant will serve the remaining 11 days. The Court sets this matter for a status conference on July 15 at 9 a.m.
