*The following district court proceedings took place April 21.

-State of Montana vs. Tiffany Cutfinger; 20. The matter before the Court is sentencing. PSI has been received and reviewed. The Court defers imposition of sentence for three years. As conditions, Defendant is ordered to serve 14 days in the LCJ to be completed within five months from today's date.

-State of Montana vs. James Adams; 51. The matter before the Court is arraignment. Ready to enter plea, Defendant pleads not guilty to the charges of assault with a weapon, a felony, Counts I and II in DC-10-69 and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fourth or subsequent offense, a felony in DC-10-70. The plea is entered and the case will be set for trial. The Court sets these matters for omnibus hearing on May 5 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Francine Vanmaanen; 57. The matter before the Court is change of plea. In DC-10-35 Defendant admits committing the offense of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fourth of subsequent offense, a felony. The Court makes its findings, accepts the plea and finds the Defendant guilty of the charge. The Court further finds Defendant's admissions are sufficient and Defendant's deferred sentence is revoked in DC-08-87. PSI ordered. Sentencing in both matters is set for May 26 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Leo Barnaby. The matter before the Court is arraignment. Ready to enter plea, Defendant pleads not guilty to the charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fourth or subsequent offense, a felony, Count I and operation of noncommercial vehicle by person with alcohol concentration of 0.08 or more, fourth or subsequent offense, a felony, Count II. The plea is entered and the case will be set for trial. Defendant remains at liberty. Omnibus hearing is set for May 26 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Peter Aimsback, Jr.; 20. The matter before the Court is sentencing. PSI has been received and reviewed. For the amended offense of accountability (deceptive practices), a felony, the Court defers imposition of sentence for a period of three years. The Defendant shall serve 14 days in the LCJ with credit for time served of 21 days.

-State of Montana vs. Kevin Kenmille; 46. The matter before the Court is arraignment. Ready to enter plea, Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a felony. The plea is entered and the case will be set for trial. The Court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on May 20 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Zach Langston; 19. The matter before the Court is change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offense of negligent vehicular assault, a felony. The Court makes its findings, accepts the plea and finds the Defendant guilty of the charge. PSI ordered. Sentencing is set for May 27 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Louis Caye; 40. The matter before the Court is sentencing. PSI has been received and reviewed. For the offense of intimidation, a felony, Count II, the Court defers imposition of sentence for a period of two years. The Deferral of the imposition of sentence shall be on the condition that the Defendant successfully completes in-patient treatment at the MCDC and the Defendant shall attend and successfully complete in-patient treatment through RTEC.

-McKay, James H.; 49. Assault - misdemeanor. Fined $250 and 180 days in jail with 180 suspended.

-Potts, Ronald L.; 51. Criminal mischief - misdemeanor. Fined $200 and 180 days in jail with 177 suspended. Credited three days.

-Hall, David J.; 66. Driving under the influence of alcohol - first offense. Fine $400 and 180 days in jail with 179 suspended. Operating without liability insurance in effect - first offense. Fined $150 and 10 days in jail with 10 suspended.

-Smith, Julie S.; 40. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $350 and 180 days in jail with 175 suspended.

-Raser, Alyssa B.; 23. Driving without a valid driver's license - expired less than 180 days. Fined $250 and 180 days in jail with 178 suspended. Provide proof of valid DL by April 21 and jail waived.

-Stillwell, Joette M.; 48. Fail to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - second offense. Fined $250 and 10 days in jail with eight days suspended. Provide proof of six months continuous insurance and jail waived.

-Roullier, Michael D.; 41. Operating with expired registration - failure to reregister. Fined $350 and 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended. Provide proof of six months continuous insurance on 10/14/2010 and jail reduced to two days. Serve two days by May 19, 2010. Fail to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - third or subsequent offense. Fined $50.

-Hadley, Patrick W.; 26. Partner or family member assault - first offense. Fine $600 and 365 days in jail with 363 suspended. Credited two days.
