Charles Phillip Robocker was born on Dec. 15, 2009, in Sioux Falls, S.D. Charlie weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces and was 21 inches long. He is the fourth child to bless Jeff and Theresa Robocker. Charlie joins his sisters Sophia and Katie and big brother Sam.
