*The following district court proceeding took place July 14.

-State of Montana vs. Nickie Gardner; 54. The matter before the Court is change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offenses of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fourth or subsequent offense, Count I, a felony and driving while license is suspended or revoked, a misdemeanor, Count II. The Court makes its findings, accepts the plea and finds the Defendant guilty of the charges. PSI ordered. Sentencing is set for Aug. 25 at 9 a.m.

*The following district court proceedings took place July 15.

-State of Montana vs. Terry L. Baillargeon; 40. The matter before the Court is to answer petition to revoke. The Court finds the State provided sufficient evidence to support the petition and revokes the Defendant's suspended sentence. Ready for sentencing. For the offenses of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a felony, the Court commits the Defendant to the DOC for two years. Previous conditions are re-imposed.

-State of Montana vs. Sunny Pierce; 34. The matter before the Court is sentencing. PSI has been received and reviewed. For the offense of criminal endangerment, Count I, a felony, the Court commits the Defendant to the DOC for a term of 10 years with five years suspended. The Court recommends placement in an appropriate treatment program and pre-release. The State agrees to dismiss DC-10-64, without prejudice. All conditions of probation, fines and surcharges in the plea agreement and all conditions by the probation office are incorporated by reference.

-State of Montana vs. Robert Templer; 40. The matter before the Court is arraignment. Ready to enter plea, Defendant pleads not guilty to the charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a felony, Count I, proof of compliance, a misdemeanor, Count II, driving while license is suspended or revoked, a misdemeanor, Count III, and seat belt use required, a misdemeanor, Count IV. The plea is entered and the case will be set for trial. The Court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on Aug. 19 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Brent Lemler; 20. The matter before the Court is arraignment. Ready to enter plea, Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of attempted burglary, a felony, Count I, and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, Count II. The plea is entered and the case will be set for trial. The Court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on Aug. 19 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Francine Wood; 61. The matter before the Court is sentencing. PSI has been received and reviewed. For the offense of theft, felonies, Counts I and II the Court defers imposition of sentence for a period of six years on each count. Count II shall run concurrently to Count I. In addition the Defendant shall serve 20 days in the LCJ, which may be served on house arrest providing the Defendant makes arrangements and pays for the service. The Defendant shall have 60 days to complete jail time. In the event the Defendant pays restitution in full, she can request her probation officer to petition the Court for a lesser sentence.

-State of Montana vs. Al Bert Lee Buck; 36. The matter before the Court is sentencing. PSI has been received and reviewed. State makes corrections. For the offense of aggravated assault, Count I, a felony, the Court commits the Defendant to the DOC for 15 years with 12 years suspended. All conditions of probation, fines and surcharges in the pea agreement and all conditions by the probation office are incorporated by reference.

-Desjarlais, Damon R.; 36. Driving without a valid drivers license - expired less than 180 days. Fined $250 and 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

-Platz, Nicholas V.; 20. Possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18) - first offense. Fined $100.

-Ramirez, Jose; 47. Driving under the influence of alcohol - first offense. Fined $400 and 180 days in jail with 179 suspended. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $250 and 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.

-Redekop, Russell G.; 49. Operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08% BAC or greater - first offense. Fined $400 and 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

-Cornelius, Corwin D.; 32. Careless driving. Fined $50.

-Lane, George M.; 46. Reckless driving. Fined $150.

-Norton, Gerald C.; 51. Criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. Fined $200.

-Brown, Joseph T.; 25. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $500 and 180 days in jail with 160 days suspended. Failure to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle - third or subsequent offense. Fined $500 and 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended.

-Hosher, Teena S.; 56. Careless driving. $50.

-Stikes, Christopher R.; 60. Driving without a valid drivers license - expired less than 180 days. Fined $150. Failure to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle - first offense. Fined $150.

-Elmore, Louis N.; 78. Right-of-way violation - failure to yield to pedestrian. Fined $50.

-Korf, Kathy L.; 57. Interfering with traffic while backing. Fined $50.

-Williams, Joshua W.; 21. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $250 and four days of home time. Operating without liability insurance in effect - third or subsequent offense. Fined $400 and four days home time.

-Pena, Joseph R. Jr.; 71. Following too closely - reasonable and prudent. Fined $50.

-Caro, Eric; 23. Disorderly Conduct. Fined $60.

-Walker, Twila O.; 79. ROW violation - failure to yield when entering highway from private road or driveway. Fined $50.

-Mcrae, Ross G.; 50. Arrested on site for a warrant, out of county, a misdemeanor; and driving while suspended or revoked, a misdemeanor.
