*The following district court proceedings took place June 3.

-State of Montana vs. Theresia Fox; 62. The matter before the Court is sentencing. For the offense of negligent vehicular assault, Count I, a felony, the Court commits the Defendant to the DOC for a term of 10 years with five years suspended. For the offense of negligent vehicular assault, Count II, the Court commits the Defendant to the DOC for a term of 10 years all suspended, and for the offenses of negligent vehicular assault, Counts III and IV, the Court sentences the Defendant to the LCJ for a term of one year all suspended but 10 days on each count. All counts are to run consecutive to each other.

-State of Montana vs. Bruce Adolph Henning; 51. The matter before the Court is change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offense of criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. The Court makes its findings, accepts the plea and finds the Defendant guilty of the charge. Parties are prepared to proceed to sentencing. For the offense of criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, the Court sentences the Defendant to the LCJ for a term of six months all suspended except for time served. At this time the Court is reserving the dismissal of criminal trespass to property, Count II, a misdemeanor, until restitution has been paid or the Defendant's property is turned over to the state. The Defendant has 60 days from today's date to pay restitution in the amount of $9,148.88.

Lake County District Court, Judge McNeil presiding

*The following district court proceedings took place June 2.

-State of Montana vs. Glen Parker; 40. The matter before the Court is to answer petition to revoke. Defendant wishes to make certain admissions. The Court finds the admissions are sufficient and the Defendant's suspended sentence is revoked. The parties are prepared for sentencing. The Court commits the Defendant to the DOC for 16 years with 11 years suspended. The Court recommends the Defendant be screened and considered for Nexus and pre-release provided it meets with the DOC. Defendant is to receive credit for time spent while in custody. All original conditions are re-imposed.

-State of Montana vs. Everado Bravo; 43. The matter before the Court is sentencing. The Court commits the Defendant to the DOC for 10 years with eight years suspended. The Court also recommends Connections Corrections and pre-release provided they meet with the approval of the DOC.

-State of Montana vs. Cheryl Matt; 40. The matter before the Court is sentencing. The Court commits the Defendant to the DOC for five years with all suspended.

Justice Court, Judge Wall presiding

*The following justice court proceedings took place May 28-June 3.

-Kuntz, Jesse R.; 26. Fail to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle - third or subsequent offense. Fined $450 and 180 days in jail with 175 suspended. Provide proof of six month continuous insurance by Nov. 25 and jail reduced to two days. Two days jail completed June 4.
